With approaching £1million of spare parts in stock and daily overnight deliveries across the UK and Europe to our Dealers, it is our absolute focus on supporting the customer that has built Electric Mobility’s reputation for excellence in Customer Service and support.

Please note that unfortunately Electric Mobility Euro Ltd., cannot supply technical support for any of its products outside of the approved Dealer Network.  This restriction of technical support is necessary as Electric Mobility Euro Ltd., has a duty of care to protect end users from risks arising from modification/s and / or unofficial repairs being attempted by unqualified persons.

For ALL Parts, techincal and repair enquiries, these should be directed to the supplying Dealer. Of course Electric Mobility Euro Ltd. will continue to fully support end users via the Dealer Network.

What do I need when placing a Parts order?

  • The Serial number and make & model of your Rascal Mobility Scooter or Powered Wheelchair.
  • A part number or description of the parts or accessories you need.
