Free to all Engineers working for Electric Mobility Retailers

Our one day basic- level service training course is held at our Ilminster Head office throughout the year.

The course is aimed at Engineers and offers a comprehensive overview of the Electric Mobility range of Rascal mobility products. The training will cover servicing, maintenance and fault finding for both mobility scooters and powered wheelchairs.

The course will be delivered by James Tucker, Senior Product and Training Technician. James has been working at Electric Mobility for 20 years and has in-depth technical knowledge about our product range.

This course will be of benefit any Engineers currently working for an Authorised Rascal Retailer whether new or as a refresher course. The purpose of this interactive 'hands-on' course is to develop an Engineer’s understanding and familiarity with our product range. This will help save time when servicing one of our products.

Course Duration

The course starts at 09.30am and finishes at 4.00pm.

The course will be split into approximately two equal sessions on the day, with lunch provided. There will be plenty of time for Questions and Answers during the day if you have specific things you want to ask.

This course is FREE to Engineers working for an Electric Mobility Retailer ONLY (unfortunately, this course is not available to Engineers who do not).
