Rob Downes joins as South East Area Dealer Manager

Rob has commenced his new role in January 2024, following a background in the direct sales of mobility products, including the Quingo scooter range. Earlier in his career he worked both in his family’s furniture store & as a sales representative for a furniture manufacturer.

Rob said “I am delighted to accept this incredible opportunity to join Electric Mobility in its next chapter. The company has achieved amazing things in the last 40 years, supporting Retailers & their customers across the UK, & I’m very excited to help it meet its ambitious goals to launch more new products to improve the lives & mobility of even more people in the future. I look forward to meeting the EMOB Approved Dealers & their teams.”

Rob joins Electric Mobility replacing Paul Aveyard, following his promotion to Sales Manager for UK & Ireland, after 16 years working within the South-East region.
