Electric Mobility Euro Limited is the European division of the Electric Mobility Corporation which was founded by Francis Flowers Sr. over 25 years ago and is now run by his son, Michael Flowers, from its headquarters in Sewell, New Jersey.

The Rascal brand is exported to many countries worldwide from our UK warehouse. Each year more importers join the Rascal family providing sales and after sales service to our customers globally. Following a relocation to Somerset, the year on year growth of the company continued at a good rate so that in 2001 it moved into a purpose built facility, incorporating offices, showroom and warehouse in Ilminster, Somerset. The size of the warehouse allows next day delivery of stock to its network of over 350 dealers located throughout the UK.
